Have a First Aid Kit READY!
Here is a useful list of what your First Aid Kit should contain.
It is important that you include personal items such as medication and emergency contact numbers as well as numbers for your doctor/health care provider. Also, be sure to check on the supplies in your kit regularly. You want to make sure that the items are not past their expiry date and are stored based on recommendations. Replace and restock if needs be.
As recommended by Red Cross your kit should include:

• 1 adhesive cloth tape
• 5 antibiotic ointment packets
• 5 antiseptic wipe packets
• 2 packets of aspirin (81 mg each)
