Man hides $7000 worth of goods in pants
KINGSTON, Jamaica — A man who reportedly walked out of a supermarket with nearly $7000 worth of goods hidden in his pants is to go on trial in the Kingston and St Andrew Court on November 14.
The accused, Danovan Malcolm allegedly went into a branch of Hi-Lo Supermarket in Kingston and exited the store with items including two Duracel batteries, three Cadbury chocolates and a Colgate toothpaste.
Last Friday when he appeared in court he pleaded not guilty to simple larceny.
Malcolm’s bail was extended for him to return to court.
