Robinson who plied the route between Santa Cruz and Retirement was sitting in his car in late morning, Saturday, when a lone gunman approached, shot him, then ran away, police said.
The lawmen said Robinson was also shot in June of last year. Back then he was ambushed on the Elderslie main road in northern St Elizabeth.
Investigators have theorized that the murder could be connected to lottery scamming and feuding among criminals operating in northern sections of the parish.
