Karamanti, Mikey General on track
Reggae singer Karamanti joins forces with Mikey General on her latest single Back Against The Wall.
The single, released on the D’Ave Production imprint, is the first single from Karamanti’s upcoming EP
The Black God. That project is slated for relnext year.
Born in Red Hills, St Andrew, Karamanti, whose given name is Shelly-Ann Jackson, is inspired by American hip hop/soul singer Lauryn Hill, whose songs are driven by social commentary.
Karamanti’s other songs include Bun Andrew And Portia, Big Woman Ting andFake Rasta.
