UPDATE: Third plane-crash victim succumbs to injuries, police confirm
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police have confirmed that the third victim from yesterday’s plane crash in Greenwich Town, St Andrew, has died.Police backtrack, third plane-crash victim alive Tragedy!
This comes after it was widely reported yesterday that the victim was dead. However, the police backtracked on its statement, saying that the victim was alive but in critical condition.

Reports are the ill-fated aircraft – a Cessna 172, which is said to be owned by the Caribbean Aviation Training Centre – crashed into a house in the Greenwich Town area off Marcus Garvey Drive, St Andrew.
The Jamaica Fire Brigade said it received a distress call at around 1:34 pm that the plane had developed mechanical problems soon after take-off.
Two of the three victims died on the scene.

Meanwhile, Minister of Transport and Mining, Lester ‘Mike’ Henry, is set to appoint an Investigator-In-Charge (IIC) to determine the cause of the crash.
The names of the victims have not been released.
