Boulder crashes into St Mary house, 12-y-o boy killed

ST MARY, Jamaica — Twelve-year-old Raheem Davey of Broadgate, St Mary, died as a result of injuries he received when a boulder tumbled into his home last night.

Two others were also injured in the incident.

Reports from the Annotto Bay police are that about 11:25 pm, Raheem and his siblings were in the living room of their home watching television when the incident occurred.

They sustained multiple injuries and were assisted to hospital where Raheem was pronounced dead and his siblings admitted in serious condition.

The police say investigations are continuing.
