Fashion rules at Hennessey V

The Festival Market Place in downtown Kingston was the venue for last Saturday’s staging of Hennessey V. Promoted by V Entertainment Jamaica, the event saw a bumper-sized crowd in attendance.

With patrons dressed to impress in various designer threads, the musical selections kept feet busy as selectors including Bishop Escobar, Richie Ras and Fresha Don rolled out the latest hits.

“This has been a successful event since its inception. The promoters continue to provide a good event for patrons. Hennessey V is an event that ties back into the essence of what the Hennessey brand is all about,” Jared Samuels, brand manager for Moet Hennessey, told the Jamaica Observer.

First staged in 2012, Hennessey V is a must-attend event on the entertainment calendar for fashionistas.

Ewan Campbell, CEO of V Entertainment Jamaica, explained the growth of the event since its initial staging.

“We have evolved tremendously. Patrons have now gravitated towards what the essence is about —dress well, forever,” said Campbell.

The next staging of Hennessey V is scheduled for November 2017.
