UPDATE: Security guard killed in St Elizabeth identified

ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — The security guard who was shot dead at a bank in Newell, St Elizabeth yesterday (November 14) has been identified. Security guard killed at PC Bank in St Elizabeth

Deceased is 55-y-o Fadrick Dennis of a St Elizabeth address.

Reports are that about 1:25 pm armed men entered the bank, which they proceeded to rob of an undetermined sum of money. Before making their escape they shot the security guard and took his firearm. The police were summoned and the guard was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
