Miley Cyrus’ little sister Noah has a song
Miley Cyrus’ little sister Noah is following in her family’s musical steps! Noah Cyrus (16) has a brand new single
Make Me (Cry) and it’s pretty great.
Sounding a little bit like raspy, old-school Miley, the brunette sings about a toxic kind of love alongside singer-songwriter and producer Labrinth. “I never needed you like I do right now / I never hated you like I do right now / ‘Cause all you ever do is make me [cry]”
She uploaded the video to her YouTube channel early Tuesday morning and the video serves as a sort of flipbook between old photos of her and her famous family members as well as a peek at cover art for the single.
Though
Make Me (Cry) is Cyrus’ debut single this isn’t her first professional recording. Way back in 2009 she recorded a song with Frankie Jonas (little brother to Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas) for a children’s movie Ponyo.
Earlier this year in an interview with Paper Magazine, the budding singer reminisced about her dad Billy Ray Cyrus teaching her to harmonise to one of his old songs and him having her sing while he played guitar.
With Billy Ray Cyrus for a dad, Miley Cyrus for a sister and backing vocalist and guitarist Trace Cyrus for a brother, it seems music runs in the family.
