We go high!
As the curtains begin to come down on the presidency of America’s 44th president, Barack Obama, and First Lady Michelle, Sir Ronald Sanders hails the character of the pair. He says tens of millions of people across the globe have already begun to feel a sense of loss because of the quality human beings they are, and the fact that this was the hallmark of their tenure. Barack brought an extraordinary dignity to the office, he writes, and Michelle brought grace. He concludes that the Obamas did not succeed completely, but success cannot be measured in perfection.
