UPDATE: Phillip Brown charged with common-law wife’s murder

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The St Andrew Central police are reporting that they have charged 35-year-old Phillip Brown of Old Hope Road, St Andrew for the murder of his common-law wife, who was found beaten to death and wrapped in a tarpaulin on Saturday. Woman killed, body found wrapped in tarpaulin

Brown is charged with the murder of 31-year-old Kerry-Ann Wilson.

Wilson’s body was found wrapped in a tarpaulin at the home they shared on Saturday, December 10.
