2017 Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run launched
ST ANDREW, Jamaica — The 2017 Sigma Corporate Run was this morning launched at the Spanish Court Hotel in Kingston.
The goal this year is to raise $60 million towards assisting abandoned children and babies in the Bethlehem Home, operated by Missionaries of the Poor, the Spanish Town Hospital Paediatric Unit and the Mandeville Hospital Paediatric Unit.
Since its inception in 1999, the 5.5 kilometre walk, run and wheelchair road race has raised approximately $200 million for various child care institutions across the island.
This year’s edition will take place on Sunday, February.
