The story of Alliance Investment Management Limited is one of corporate success through determination, proper research, prudent planning and judicious implementation. The company had its genesis in January 1997 during one of the most turbulent periods for the local financial sector. Despite the challenges and even crises of that era, the principals of Alliance resolved to learn the many lessons that abounded in the several unfortunate experiences in the marketplace at the time and by avoiding those pitfalls, the company has survived and even thrived to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

It is against this background of example that I offer sincere congratulations to the principals, shareholders, management, staff and associates of Alliance Investment. Twenty years in the life of any organisation is a landmark worthy of celebration. For a home-grown Jamaican financial institution it is a major milestone. Today, Alliance Investment stands as a testament to what can be achieved when individuals pursue their dreams utilising their talents, learned skills and experiences to chart new fulfilling courses.

The company continues to make a significant contribution towards stimulating economic activities for the benefit of its shareholders, management, staff and in fact, the Jamaican economy, society and people. Economic growth and development are the end result of sufficient small, medium and large businesses being established and expanded to create jobs while raising productivity and boosting economic life in communities and nations.
