Hayden-Cater, who was the first woman in Jamaica to head a commercial bank, encouraged the young ladies to be confident, bold and committed to their goals in life in order to achieve success at the highest level. In observance of International Women’s Day today, female senior managers across The Jamaica National Group are mentoring young ladies from several schools across the Corporate Area.
