UPDATE: Fire at Tower Street Correctional Centre contained, no injuries
KINGSTON, Jamaica – The fire at the Tower Street Adult Correctional Centre, which was allegedly started by a mentally challenged inmate, is now contained.
There has been no report of any injuries pertaining to the fire; however the mentally challenged inmate was allegedly beaten by other inmates at the facility.Read:
