Police seek stolen laptop

ST ANDREW, Jamaica — The Half-Way Tree Criminal Investigations Branch is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a laptop that was stolen from a house on Hopfield Avenue in St Andrew, last Wednesday.

Reports are that about 5:00 am, the home of a Chinese national was broken into and a black 14 inch Lenovo laptop along with cash and several other items were stolen. The laptop is said to contain vital and confidential information.

Anyone with information who may be able to assist the police in locating the laptop and other stolen items is being asked to contact the Half-Way-Tree Police at 926-2551, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
