Motorcyclist killed in St Mary crash

ST MARY, Jamaica — The police are reporting that 38-year-old Patrick Anthony Samuels, of Crooked River, Annotto Bay in St Mary died as a result of injuries he received in a crash on the Crooked River main road in the parish this morning.

Reports from the Annotto Bay Police are that about 7:40 am, Samuels, who was riding a Zhujiang motorcycle along a section of the roadway, allegedly lost control and collided with a concrete culvert.

He was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigations continue.
