Customs’ Sufferance Wharf gets new jetty
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) has reported that it has constructed a jetty at its Sufferance Wharf in Port Royal.
The jetty was constructed in an effort to enhance JCA’s surveillance capabilities and border operations at the wharf, the agency said in a release today.
The JCA said the new dock will accommodate their vessels, Skip Jack & Skip McLaughlin.
Minister of Finance, Audley Shaw and CEO of Customs, Velma Ricketts Walker will be in attendance at tomorrow’s commissioning of the new jetty.
