Eleven horses claimed on Saturday
Eleven horses were claimed on the 10-race Seek Exercise Book Back-to-School race day programme at Caymanas Park last Saturday.
Captain Granville was claimed from Lance Richards by Ryan Darby for Raphael Gordon; Batidor De Mundo was claimed from Tyrone Prince by Gregory Forsyth for himself; Maria’s Glory was taken from Paul Smith by Gary Crawford for Donovan Russell, and Counter Attack was claimed from Robert Darby Snr by Gary Griffiths for Dennis Williams from the second race.
All four claims were made for $250,000.
In the fifth race on a $180,000 claiming tag, Neive Graham claimed Money Move from Rudolph Hardial for Garth Samuels; Winston Morris took Clearly Ours from Phillip Elliott for ABMW, and Randolph Scott claimed Turbo Machine for RAM AT from Gregory Forsyth. Sweet Dimension was claimed from Patrick Lynch by Dwight Chen for himself for $450,000; Cruising Motion was claimed from Ray Phillips by Denrick Chambers for Huntley Beckford for $450,000, and Rally Baby was taken from Phillip Tomlinson by Patrick Taylor for JR Scott, also for $450,000, from the seventh race.
