Friends, yesterday when I heard the murder figures for 2017, I wondered which country I live in. One little (10) place with just 2.8 million people should not be having so many violent deaths (3) in less than eight (8) months. One thousand dead before the end of August is just too much bloodletting (4). Wi caan live like this, brothers and sisters. Unnu a kill the goose which soon can’t lay any egg! Meaning, unnu effectively a kill di country!

Why do city people leave their hogs (9) to roam the streets? If dem nuh have no place fi raise pigs they must leave that to people who have space as you can’t let them loose in your yard, unless you want your residence to smell like a hog pen. I know for sure some people would not know the difference as their places are so often very messy.

I can’t stop thinking about the struggle in Texas as Harvey did not spare anyone. Dangerous rainfall (24) and one of the worst flooding (30) in history. The condition, especially in Houston, is so terrible. We hope they will recover fast.
