Oneil Scott continues to make progress
Oneil Scott is slowly but confidently making his presence felt as an apprentice rider.
This season Scott has so far ridden nine winners from 111 mounts, after finding it very difficult in the early part of his career to locate the winning post in front.
Now the young man is looking much better in the saddle and is riding with a lot more patience and confidence.
His latest winner came on Saturday when he steered the Errol Waugh-trained Princess Brianna to victory in the first race over five and a half furlongs (1,100m).
Princess Brianna was nine lengths ahead of Money Move, who outpaced Speedy Process by four and a half lengths to take second place. The win was number nine for Waugh.
