SVL’s new president and CEO takes office
Supreme Ventures Group (SVL) new President and CEO Ann-Dawn Young Sang has begun her tenure with the company.
Young Sang officially began on Monday, “leaving behind a stellar track record as the former regional vice-president for the Caribbean for International Game Technology (IGT), the world’s largest lottery operator and technology partner for SVL since the company’s inception since 2001”, according to an SVL release.
“My relationship with SVL has been a long and fruitful one. I’m looking forward to deepening the ties and working with the team at all levels, to continue to build a great company,” Young-Sang said via the release.
A Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in the field of accounts, finance and general management, she began her tenure with IGT (formerly GTECH) as finance manager, Jamaica, in 2001.
She was soon promoted to the position of country manager, then to the post of regional general manager for the Caribbean, before being appointed to her former position as regional vice-president for the Caribbean.
Young Sang holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from Fordham University in New York City, a Bachelor in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology, and also attended the Harvard Business School. She sits on the board of directors of the American Chamber of Commerce.
