Rain delays start of 3rd Windies A v Sri Lanka A Test
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The start of play in the third and final unofficial four-day Test match between West Indies ‘A’ and Sri Lanka ‘A’ at Sabina Park has been delayed by rain.
The day/night encounter was scheduled to begin at 2:00 pm, but rain, spurred by strong wind, has forced groundsmen to keep the protective covers on the pitch, and the toss is yet to be spun.
The series is tied at 1-1 after the teams shared the opening two ‘Tests’ at Trelawny Multi-purpose Stadium.
