Gas prices down $1.30, diesel down $0.29
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline and diesel, effective Thursday, December 14, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
87- and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $119.72 and $122.56 per litre, respectively, down by $1.30 each.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $118.78 per litre following a decrease of $0.29 while ultra-low sulphur diesel is down by $0.38 and will be sold for $123.64 per litre.
Meanwhile, kerosene increased in price by $0.54 and will be sold for $99.62 per litre. Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $50.33 per litre, down by $1.19 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $51.88per litre after a decrease of $0.73.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
