Highlights — ‘We Inspire’ Spot Valley High tour
The We Inspire Girls to be Strong Women School Tour recently held a Breakthrough Prayer Breakfast at Spot Valley High School in St James.
The initiative is the brainchild of Cortia Bingham and is designed to bring motivation and inspiration to high school girls across the island.
The day’s activities included the girls being gifted with products from event sponsors Foska Oats, and Lasco, and also saw presentations from speakers Joy Clark, Rev Daewin Thomas and Superintendent Adrian Hamilton.
The presentations were preceded by a praise and worship session led by Myrtle Dwyer, who represented the office of the custos, and Jacqueline Walters, human resources coordinator, Montego Bay Convention Centre.
“We really wanted to bring hope amidst the situation in St James. We understand that the State of Public Emergency is in effect, but we have to give our children hope and motivation,” explained Cortia Bingham, CEO, We Inspire Ltd.
