Gas prices, diesel down $0.16
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline and diesel, effective Thursday, May 10, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
87- and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $127.54and $130.38 per litre, respectively, down by $0.16 each.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $124.60 per litre following a decrease of $0.16 while ultra-low sulphur diesel is up by $0.23, and will be sold for $130.12 per litre.
Meanwhile, kerosene increased in price by $0.05 and will be sold for $107.63 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $47.07 per litre, up by $0.17 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $50.48 per litre after an increase of $0.24.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
