Here to stay?
It just does not seem to be going away. Talk of corruption in high and low places dominates the news cycle. Columnist Dr Paul Golding looks for a glimmer of hope when he charges that, despite numerous allegations of corruption in Jamaica and abroad, we can decide to not be a nation of disreputable people. He adds, too, that the sustained public opprobrium on matters less than honourable may well mean we are no longer willing to dismiss such acts as par for the course.
