Section of Washington Blvd closed, police process crime scene

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police is advising members of the public that a section of the Washington Boulevard, St Andrew in the vicinity of Ken Hill Drive and Patrick Drive is temporarily closed.

The area is reportedly cordoned by the police in order to facilitate the processing of a crime scene. 

Unconfirmed reports are that a shooting incident involving a motorist occurred along the usually busy thoroughfare.

Motorists are advised to use other alternative routes.
