UPDATE: Stolen baby to be reunited with family tomorrow
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The parents of the baby that was snatched from the Victoria Jubilee Hospital (VJH) in Kingston last month met with detectives at the Denham Town Police Station this afternoon.
The couple, Suzzett Whyte and Sinclair Hutton, are to be reunited with their son, Sae’breon tomorrow, after a DNA test confirmed that he was their child.
The DNA test was requested after a woman turned up at the Registrar General’s Department (RGD) in Twickenham Park, St Catherine on Tuesday attempting to register the baby.
Hutton and Whyte have both expressed joy at finding their stolen son.
The police said the baby is being medically examined before he is returned to his family.
