Harriat “Harry” Maragh has been appointed to the board of directors of Express Catering Ltd (ECL) effective February 25, 2019.
Maragh is currently the chairman and chief executive officer of Lannaman & Morris (Shipping) Ltd and Metro Investments. He sits on the boards of Margaritaville (Turks) Ltd, Kingston Wharves Ltd, Advantum, and is also chairman of Main Event and the Kingston Port Workers Superannuation Fund.
Maragh is considered by ECL to be a key supporter of the company and his appointment is seen as adding significant value to the organisation and being in line with their strategic growth plan.
“Mr Maragh has been a tremendous partner and supporter of our group since its inception 24 years ago,” said Ian Dear, chairman and CEO of Margaritaville Group Caribbean. “Undoubtedly, with his wealth of knowledge and experience, he will have a positive impact on the growth of ECL.”

The company, which was listed on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchanges in July 2017, operates all the food and beverage offerings, post-security, at the Sangster International Airport. The operation encapsulates 28 outlets, to include brands such as Starbucks, Cinnabon, Wendy’s, Dominos, and Air Margaritaville.
