Secretary general of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) Kitack Lim shakes the hand of a member of the cadet company at Caribbean Maritime University yesterday following a brief ceremony at the Palisadoes-based institution to mark his
arrival in the country for high-level talks with maritime officials from the region scheduled
for Montego Bay today. He was joined in the inspection of the cadets by (from left)
