Police and Customs officers yesterday seized 20 firearms and just under 800 rounds of ammunition at a terminal on the port of Kingston.The seizure occurred about 10:00 am, during a joint operation between the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigation Branch and the Jamaica Customs Contraband Enforcement Team.Among the cache were four high-powered rifles, one sub-machine gun, nine pistols and six revolvers, some of which are shown here.The police say investigations are ongoing.
