Vows – Forever and Always

There was nothing extraordinary about their initial encounter, or so it appeared. Cupid’s arrow, however, was hovering when Mount Sinai Hospital medical administrator Tianna Porter and Precise ParkLink electrician Antoine Small met through mutual friends in Toronto six years ago. Their friendship blossomed into love and the rest, as they say, is history. On Sunday, August 19, 2018 Antoine decided to make it official and proposed to Tianna at the 360 Restaurant at the CN Tower. Vows details the epic wedding celebration.

I now pronounce you…

On Thursday, February 14 family and friends gathered on the shoreline of the RIU Hotel, Ocho Rios to witness the arrival of the bride. She did not disappoint! Clutching a bouquet of white roses with black accents and wearing a mermaid, Tianna appeared to the strains of Blackstreet’s Joy. She looked stunning in a mermaid fitted wedding gown from Diane’s Bridal, Toronto, Canada as she made her way to her smart-looking groom.

The short ceremony was officiated by Pastor Norman Higgins.

The reception

The reception took place at Thatch Hill River Park under a large tent provided by Cover Me Up Tents, which was transformed into a beautiful space with black and gold décor. The bridal party made its entrance to HoodCelebrityy’s Walking Trophy and Big Pimpin’ by Jay-Z featuring UGK, after which the couple entered to Buju Banton’s Make My Day. Guests enjoyed dinner courtesy of Untouchable Catering Services, ahead of formalities which included the unveiling and cutting of the three-tiered buttercream cake by Lola’s Desserts and copious toasts to the newly-weds. Further highlights were the couple’s first dance as husband and wife to Forever My Lady by Jodeci and the mother-and-son dance to Mariah Carey’s Hero.

Formalities over, guests danced the night away to selections from DJ SK.

The honeymoon

The couple will celebrate their honeymoon in Thailand.
