Sachique Daneika (centre) was on Saturday crowned St Mary Festival Queen. The event took place at St Mary Anglican Church Hall in Port Maria. Under the theme ‘Strong Jamaican Woman… Woman of Culture’, Sachique stood out, walking away with the sectional prizes of Most Culturally Aware and Best Performance. Crowd favourite Jusan Hamilton (second left) copped first runner-up after receiving sectional prizes for Most Poised, Most Congenial, and Most Popular on social media. Second runnerup Diandrea Eliza Daley (right) was acknowledged as Most Active in the Community.
