Early entries for 2019 Diamond Mile
The 2019 Diamond Mile sponsored by the Betting Gaming and Lotteries Commission (BGLC) and Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) is getting closer with decision day set for Saturday, November 9, 2019.
The Diamond Mile which carries a purse of approximately US$115,000 is expected to be not only one which sees the best horses in training competing against each other but the race could have a major influence on the outcome of the trainer’s championship.
Leading trainer at the moment Anthony Nunes leads the reigning champion Wayne DaCosta by over $11 million and with the top horses emanating from the barns of these trainers, the Diamond Mile may well be the decider.
