NCB changes composition of board
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The National Commercial Bank Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) is announcing that its subsidiary, NCB Jamaica (NCBJ) has made changes to the composition of its board.
NCBJ said that effective November 30, 2019 the following changes were made to the board:

[naviga:li]Michael Lee-Chin ceased to be chairman of NCBJ’s Board, but remains a director and continues to be Chairman of the Board of NCBFG;[/naviga:li]
[naviga:li]Patrick Hylton became Chairman of NCBJ’s Board;[/naviga:li]
[naviga:li]Thalia Lyn resigned as a director of NCBJ, but remains a director of NCBFG and Chair of the NCB Foundation;[/naviga:li]
[naviga:li]Oliver Mitchell Jr resigned as a director of NCBJ, but remains a director of NCBFG.[/naviga:li]

NCBFG, in a statement, said it will continue to review the structure of boards and leadership teams to enhance its corporate governance and leadership framework within the context of becoming a multinational group following the acquisition of a majority interest in Clarien Bank Limited and Guardian Holdings Limited.
