Firearm and ammunition seized in Kingston

KINGSTON, Jamaica — A CZ100 pistol fitted with a magazine containing four 9mm cartridges was seized along East Avenue, Allman Town in Kingston yesterday, the police are reporting.

Reports are that about 6:20 am, police officers along with military personnel were on an operation in the area when a premises was searched and the firearm and the magazine were found. 

No arrests were made.
