Reggae Youths go in search of fourth-straight win

Reggae Youths go in search of fourth-straight win

MONTEGO BAY, St James — Reggae Youths could win their fourth-straight game in the St James Football Association/Sandals Resorts International Major League today when they take on promoted Club Ville at UDC field, starting at 3:00 pm.

The former champions have been on a tear since returning to the Major League and spanked Granville FC 4-0 in their most recent outing.

Club Ville, on the other hand, have found the going tough, losing all three games so far and are yet to score a goal.

It could be a long evening for Club Ville against a strong Reggae Youths team that has scored nine goals in their three outings.

Jeffrey Perry has scored four of their goals so far with Nicholas Campbell scoring three.

Granville FC will also hope to rebound from their heavy loss to Reggae Youths when they take on Irwin FC at Sam Sharpe Teachers’ College.

Both teams are on almost identical statistics and are tied on four points, well behind leaders Reggae Youths, but a win would see either team jump to second place.
