UPDATE: NWC completes Mobay sewer replacement

ST JAMES, Jamaica—The National Water Commission reported this morning that it has completed works to replace the section of the 14-inch sewer pipe network in Montego Bay which collapsed yesterday.

The work took place at the intersection of St James and Creek streets in the St James capital.

The water utility said it has facilitated temporary reinstatement of the road and that normal traffic flow has since resumed.
