System down at Swallowfield, Spanish Town Road depots

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The system is down at both the Swallowfield and Spanish Town Road examination depots of the Island Traffic Authority, meaning that motorists who need fitness certificates today have not been able to process them.

Officials have indicated that the system should be up by tomorrow.

The police are said to be aware of the challenges.
