Stephon Anthony is Crazy For You
Stephon Anthony is banking on his experience and musical charm to pull in listeners to his latest EP, titled Crazy For You .
The six-song project was released on March 8 on the Guess Stars Music Inc label.
“I produce my own music and I also play the piano. I am bringing versatility, talent and a love for music that’s undeniable. So those are the qualities that you hear on my music,” Stephon Anthony explained.
Crazy For You features the title track, Give it to Me, Stay With Me, La La La (featuring his longtime friend, singer Wayne Wonder), Since You’re Here, and Oh What a Night.
Among the producers who contributed to the project are Jason “Point Blank” Morgan, Peyton “Seaside” Scott, Von Wayne Charles (Singso Music), Milton Green, and Antoine “Birdy” Lobban.
Stephon Anthony (real name Stephen McKenzie) has been pursuing a musical route for the past thirty years. He is originally from Black River in St Elizabeth. He also resided in the Mountain View Avenue area of Kingston before migrating to Orlando, Florida during his teenage years.
“I was born with the talent to sing. It’s a gift that was given to me from God,” he said.
He has worked with producers including Mikey Bennett (Grafton Music), Red Squad Records and Singso Music among others.
“I want to spread my music through the world connecting with different audiences, winning Grammy Awards and reaching the top of the charts,” he added.
