OREGON, HERE WE COME!

Some members of Jamaica’s team — including athletes and technical staff — were caught at Norman Manley International Airport on Monday morning as they headed for the USA where they will chase glory in honour of the Jamaican flag at the World Athletics Championships. Track and field’s premier event will run July 15-24 at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon. Jamaica Observer chief photographer Joseph Wellington was on spot to capture these images.
