Mills, who coached retired sprint great Usain Bolt, is in Eugene with his newest star pupil, Oblique Seville. Mills was not named on the official list that was published just over a week ago, but was added during a team meeting, media liaison officer Dennis Gordon told the Jamaican media after a meeting on Tuesday evening.
The meeting also confirmed the responsibilities of the panel of coaches led by Technical Leader Maurice Wilson.
