Director and Executive Appointments
Juan Carlos Restrepo Piedrahita has resigned from the board of Carreras Limited, effective August 9, while Finance Director Verona Williamson will be appointed on the same date.
Kerry-Ann McKoy Tulloch has been appointed as a director of the Jamaica Stock Exchange effective July 20.
Heather Matalon was appointed a member of AMG Paper and Packaging Company Limited’s Corporate Governance and Audit and Finance committees effective July 19. Brandon Hugh, who serves as the alternate director for Antonio Hugh, was appointed a member of the Audit and Finance Committee effective July 19.

A director of Sygnus Credit Investments Limited purchased 48,584 units at $13.82 on July 21. A senior manager of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited purchased 245,000 units for a consideration of $7.23 million on July 21 while another senior manager purchased 2,888 units on July 20.
First Rock Real Estate Investments Limited has pushed back its share buy-back programme from the first quarter of 2022 to September 1. The buy-back will not exceed ten per cent of the company’s issued share capital and will be funded with cash on the balance sheet.
Caribbean Assurance Brokers Limited will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) via livestream on August 19 while Productive Business Solutions Limited will host its AGM in a hybrid format on September 23.
Supreme Ventures Limited has declared a dividend of $0.1840 to be paid on September 22 to shareholders on record as of August 8. This payment totals $485.25 million.
The Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited has declared a dividend of $0.16 to be paid on August 30 to shareholders on record as of August 5. This payment totals $112.20 million.
