It is reported that the police, who arrived quickly on the scene, chased the driver of the motor car through several communities in the Maxfield Avenue area, where the driver was forced to stop on Ransford Avenue where he escaped.

The police said that they have seized the vehicle, and are conducting forensic examinations as they pursue leads into the case.
