FOUNDER and CEO of We Inspire Women Cortia Bingham McKenzie has launched another product to her women empowerment brand called Power of the P.

According to Bingham McKenzie, the concept behind Power of the P is the idea that women can use pilates coupled with powerful conversations for mental wellness and emotional healing.

“It’s a focus on movement, self-care, soul care, and gratitude. We are using this to create a sisterhood through membership. So women will be able to sign up for these intimate events and bond through the Power of the P,” she said.

Regarding the introduction of the wellness component, Bingham Mckenzie said, “We Inspire celebrates all aspects of a woman’s journey, and wellness is a critical part of this journey. This year, for our seventh annual staging, we will feature wellness professionals, from health coaches to master aestheticians who can give women the tips and proven strategies to glow from the inside out.”

Further, Bingham Mckenzie said Power of the P exclusively targets women who want to be the best versions of themselves through intentional actions and networking .

She said: “Going forward we will be creating a membership system, where women can be a part of an active tribe.”

The event was launched at CoreFit Studios but will culminate with a We Inspire Women Wealth and Wellness brunch at the Jamiaca Pegasus Hotel in St Andrew on August 28. Tickets to the event can be purchased at caribtix.com/weinspirewomen
