UPDATE: One of two washed away St Mary girls found dead
ST MARY, Jamaica – The body of one of two girls swept away by floodwaters in Jobs Hill, St Mary on Thursday has been recovered.
OBSERVER ONLINE understands that the body was found sometime after 10:00 am on Friday morning.
The search for the other child continues.
Earlier reports had identified the girls as sisters, however, it is now believed that they are aunt and niece.

According to a family member, the girls, aged 10 and 14, were at a river washing when the incident occurred.
