Masta Recka to release debut album
International recording artiste Masta Recka is looking forward to the release of his debut album which is titled #1.
“I feel very proud about this album; it’s been in the works for a while now and I happy about the finished product. I’m so excited about it, I can’t wait to share it with the world,” said the artiste.
The 11-track album features a fusion of musical genres including dancehall, Afrobeats and pop.
“I don’t believe in limiting myself to one genre of music so I experimented with a lot of different sounds on this project. I’m a Jamaican deejay living in the US but I make music for the world. This album was created for the international market and I am confident that it will be a huge success,” said Masta Recka.
Some of the songs on the album are Touch Street, Anna Bella 2, Destiny, Want Me Be Good, Hot Pocket, and Ghetto John Crow.
Produced by Masta Recka, #1 is slated to be released on the ZFEX label on November 4. The album will be distributed worldwide by Tuff Gong International.
