Flow’s abysmal service

I read a letter from former Prime Minister Bruce Golding in the November 8 publication of the Jamaica Observer in which he described the abysmal service he received from Flow.
I have a Flow cellular prepaid account, which I maintain merely as a backup in case my Digicel service is not available for any reason.
In August of this year I sent a cheque for $20,000 to credit my account. When days later my account had not been credited I e-mailed the provider, enclosing a copy of my receipt. Since then I have sent more than 10 e-mails, which I also printed and addressed to the CEO.
To date, my account has not yet been credited. I have received only e-mail assurances that my complaint has been assigned a reference number 2173021.
One cannot but wonder at the complete disregard for customers which seems to be the hallmark of Flow.
Slick TV advertising is not a substitute for customer care.
