WATCH: Jamaicans ring in 2023 with fireworks and big hopes

KINGSTON, Jamaica – On the last night of 2022, hundreds of Jamaicans gathered at the Kingston waterfront to ring in the New Year.

Beyond enjoying the entertainment and beautiful firework display, many among the gathering expressed optimism that 2023 will bring with it positives for the country and to them as individuals.
